On March 9, 2023, the "Belt and Road Production Capacity Cooperation Center" of Zhongguancun Haixing Strategic Emerging Industries Promotion Association successfully held a thematic salon seminar on "Chinese Enterprises Going Global Under the Dual Circulation in the Global Landscape". The event was organized by Beijing Haihua Belt and Road Technology Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haihua Belt and Road"). At the same time, we would like to thank the BRICS Research Center of the Regional and Country Studies Institute of the University of International Business and Economics for their support of this event.

This event, in the form of an offline closed-door thematic salon seminar, brought together members of the Haihua Belt and Road International Entrepreneurs Club, scholars of international situation studies, business elites from various fields, as well as entrepreneurs, investors, and experts and scholars interested in the economic situation of Central Asia and surrounding countries and wishing to understand the current state of foreign economic relations in the region and local culture.

The event was honored to invite Teacher Ding Xiaoxing from the Eurasian Institute of the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations, Teacher Yang Chengxiu, Secretary-General of the Belt and Road Production Capacity Cooperation Center of Zhongguancun Haixing Promotion Association, Teacher Zhu Zhaoyi, Secretary-General of the Israel Center of the Regional and Country Studies Institute of the University of International Business and Economics and scholar of world economy studies, and Teacher Xie Zhenxing, an expert in public relations and project management in Russian-speaking countries and from the Kazakhstan Green Energy Research Institute, to provide insights into the latest international situation, promote exchanges among "going global" entrepreneurs, and analyze "going overseas" opportunities.

In his speech, Teacher Zhu shared his unique insights from his visit and study in the United States last year and patiently answered questions raised by other guests. He stated that resource tilting still widely exists in various countries, and in the face of the large-scale changes in the current global landscape, we need to continuously and positively improve our country's international image.

Teacher Ding helped everyone understand the current international landscape from the perspective of four major variables and analyzed the impact of economic confrontation on globalization.

Teacher Xie explained the current state of Russia's foreign economic relations, including visas and air tickets, cashless payments and currency exchange, market status, and analyzed three business models using McDonald's, Uniqlo, and Coca-Cola as examples.

This event successfully provided a good prospect analysis for enterprises intending to "go overseas" and entrepreneurs and investors interested in project investments in Central Asia and surrounding countries, deeply discussed how Chinese enterprises can go global under the dual circulation of the global landscape, and improve their innovation capabilities and international competitiveness, truly achieving high-quality resource exchange, complementarity, and win-win.
